This project is part of the welfare strategy that was implemented in 2001 to lessen the impact of the economic crisis in Argentina.

Given the slight improvement of the local community since 2001, the number of clients who receive the food debit card is decreasing.

WJR supports the provision of debit cards/food vouchers providing welfare recipients with the resource to purchase food with ease.

The numbers being helped continues to decrease; currently 12,055 are receiving this service.
