Missions are the only way to truly appreciate the work of WJR.
Missions are the only way to truly appreciate the work of WJR. No words or photographs could ever translate the stark hardships being faced daily, nor the energy and vibrancy of these communities once they receive support.

Joining a mission provides a life-changing opportunity to be witness to this amazing phenomenon. Every year, WJR organises a number of missions timed to suit the individuals taking part wherever possible. Just contact us and we can provide more information or check this page regularly for updates about the next available mission.

"Nothing can prepare you for the emotions the mission evokes and for the memories it leaves you with."

"Eye opening, heart breaking, uplifting to see the work WJR is doing. Marvellous."

"As we have explained to friends you cannot put into words the fulfilment one gets by going on a mission and seeing for oneself the way in which Jewish families are living in poverty which in this day and age defies belief. Yet on the other had it is fantastic work being carried out by WJR to help both the young and old."
