Register to take part in the Tri for life Triathlon and swim, run and cycle your way to helping those in need!
The Tri for life Triathlon event is taking place this September for the third year in a row. WJR is one of the main charity beneficiaries and received a massive £20,000 in 2009. Please support us this year by participating as an individual or a team - which can be made up of two or three people. Tri for life is for everyone, there is a Fun Run for those aged 8 to 16, a Scootathlon for those aged 4 to 8 years old, a Short Distance Triathlon, a Long Distance Triathlon, a Duathlon (for those who'd prefer not to swim!) and a dedicated kids area. Rugby hero Lawrence Dallaglio is doing it once again, taking part himself and even putting together his own wave! Stay tuned for details of more celebrities and sports stars getting involved.
