Time to dust off the bike, trainers and goggles.
Tri for Life 2009 is now open for entrants. There's lots of ways to get involved.
There are two distances to choose from:
400m swim, 20k cycle, 5k run
OR
800m swim, 30k cycle, 7.5k run
You can enter eith as an individual or as a team. Don't worry if you'd like to make up a team but can't find people to join you we can make up a team for you.
There's also a scootathlon for children aged 4 to 8, which involves a 400m scoot, 400m cycle and 250m run.
We have a range of kit to hire on the day including wetsuits and bicycles. There's also lots of activities for children.
Sponsorship targets are:
£350 for individuals and £700 for teams
Funds raised are split between:
World Jewish Relief, Help a London Child, Rays of Sunshine, Greenhouse Schools Project, Shelter from the Storm, Employment Resource Centre, Kisharon, Old People's Welfare and University College London Hospitals (Mothers & Daughters)
