International Programmes Manager
£32-34k per annum, based in NW2
WJR is looking for a dynamic, capable and energetic individual to manage and strengthen a set of poverty alleviation, humanitarian and community development programmes, transforming the lives of vulnerable communities, and ensuring maximum impact.
With demonstrable programme management experience in the developing world, you will be a motivated individual, capable of managing complex projects, budgets and operational partnerships, responsible for grant application and management activities and playing a key role in contributing to WJR’s evolving development programme portfolio. Spoken Russian would be a distinct advantage.

Corporate & Major Gifts Fundraiser (Maternity Cover)
circa £26,000 per annum, based in NW2
We are seeking to become the most dynamic Jewish charity in the UK and looking to achieve significant income targets in the next three years. A unique opportunity has now arisen to join this exciting and highly professional organisation, which responds rapidly to critical needs, and helps to transform the lives of vulnerable and isolated people across the world.
Reporting to the Head of High Value Partnerships, we are looking for an outstanding individual to manage and develop relationships with key major donors and corporate organisations. This includes the writing of tailored proposals and reports, and regular meetings with high level supporters. You will also manage our highly successful WJR2030 committee, providing event support and exemplary donor care.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in these areas or related activities. Excellent relationship building, communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as great attention to detail. You must be highly motivated, relish a challenge, and have an empathy with the work and values of World Jewish Relief.
