Fundraising Standards Board Scheme

WJR has joined the Fundraising Standards Board Scheme.

The FRSB handles public complaints about how it's members raise money as well as offering the public a 'mark of reassurance' to look for when giving to charities in the future.

Over 800 charities have joined the scheme and in doing so have agreed to adhere to a strict set of codes and a Fundraising Promise committing them to treat the public with respect, fairness, honesty and clarity in all their money raising activities. Charities must also sign up to an independent, robust and transparent complaints process. WJR is now working to adhere to the FRSB Fundraising Promise - click here for information

WJR is also working to adhere to the Institute of Fundraising's Code of Practice - click here for more information
